Tango and business, how does it come together?
This two-hour workshop is a simulation of a business setting happening on the dance floor.
Tango begins at a meeting of the two people. There is an invitation for eye contact, which can be accepted or rejected.
If the connection is established there comes a huge space in between the two, who agree on a psychological contract on how they will proceed in the further process of relationship building and cooperation.
A leader takes a first step, and a follower aligns. A leader offers a clear direction, and a follower accepts the step within the framework of the proposal of the leader. They are moving along together with a shared goal in mind.
Everything else happens in congruence with the freedom to express themselves in the best potential and competence.
It is all about making decisions in the actual here and now. Both sides are equally important to create a final performance.

Nikola Mandic
A licensed dance instructor and referee, a holder of the national champion in Latin American and standard dances and two times the semi-finalist of the World Championship. The holder of the best Serbian ranking at the World Championship in Latin pairs. He is developing a new type of treatment in Psychiatry – Dance therapy as a form of art therapy.
Sladjana Imamovic
First of all, a tango enthusiast who is exploring human aspects and translate them into business wisdom. Corporations, family businesses, entrepreneurship rely on people and that is why an indispensable potential is hidden in human consciousness.
Integration of different metodologies in her work supports spreading it and developing. A creator of Tango Leadership Program in a Tango dialogue & exchange with Nikola.
